🔄 Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to contact us and initiate a return.

✅ Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must:

• Be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition
• Be accompanied by its original packaging
• Be accompanied by your order number

⚠️ Non-returnable Products

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

💶 Refund

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
